Profiles In Leadership: Kathryn Starkey

Jan 27, 2020
Pasco County Commissioner Kathryn Starkey has worked tirelessly for decades to support the economic development, education, and beautification of Pasco County and the Tampa Bay Area.

Her education and training came from study at the University of Madrid and Florida State University; from working in Marketing, Interior Design, and Public Relations in the private sector; and from participation in Leadership Tampa Bay since 2001.
